We are currently experiencing an issue that is preventing the launch of the mobile app on iPads and other mobile devices for Single Sign-On customers. Users can still launch their materials through the browser directly. Self-Registered users can authenticate directly into the mobile app. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our teams are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
