Users may have sporadically received the error “Sorry! We encountered a problem…” when attempting to sync grades from Connect to Canvas / D2L integrations.
Engineering teams have identified the issue and it has been resolved as of 11/28 10 AM ET.
Students' scores should now continue to auto sync over to Canvas/D2L upon submission. For students who reported a grade sync issue prior to the issue being resolved, instructors will need to perform a manual sync (by clicking on the Sync with my Connect section option via their course). If after a manual sync is executed, a student’s score still does not sync over into Canvas/D2L or the error is still received, please contact CXG at # 800.331.5094 for further review.
